Anouke Bakx
Anouke Bakx is an educational and organizational psychologist and a primary school teacher. In 1994 she started teaching in primary education. She has been working on innovation projects within the social sciences faculty from the Tilburg University from 1996 until 1998. As an organizational adviser Anouke worked on competence management in education and on psychological (management)assessments within the scope of primary and secondary education.
In 1998 Anouke started working in the field of Higher Education, within Fontys University. There, she worked as an adviser and developer for the domain of teacher education in HE. Title of her thesis is “Acquisition, development and assessment of social communicative competence” (2001).
For four years (2005-2009)she worked in the management team of a teacher training institute. She has been responsible for the teacher’s curriculum: educational policy and innovation. Nowadays, Anouke works as a sr. researcher within the Eindhoven School of Education, conducting an evaluation study on teacher-reseachers within the β-domain. Next to this, she works as a lector for the four Fontys Teacher Training Institutes for primary education.
Scope: quality of the teacher training programmes and the teacher as professional: learning & learning styles, assessment, teacher-researcher.
